Grant, is intended to help assimilate the Indians into the /5(). I work at a library, and I had to look the book up after several people told me it was true; I'm a history buff, and I remember that at some point a chief offered the gov't tons of horses for some white women so they could interbreed and thus fit better into the white man's world, and I suspect that is the history the book is based on.

One Thousand Books May 24 – 26 REMA ︎ VIEW The first edition of the One Thousand Books bookfair took place May 24 - 26, inside the supermarket Rema on the Carlsberg brewery grounds in Copenhagen. OTB 13 was an experiment into and challenge of the art book fair format, as we knew it. 1. One Thousand White Women was written by a man, but in a woman's point of view.

Did you find this convincing. Inrebellious or unorthodox women were sometimes considered "hysterical" or insane. Is this still true in some circumstances today. Does May Dodd remind you of a modern-day woman?.
